Video scoreboard installed at Kaunas Stadium- July 2005
On July 2005 the new screen was mounted at Kaunas Stadium. It is the first video scoreboard installed in a stadium in Lithuania The screen was purchased by Kaunas City Municipality before the European Youth Championship that took place in July 2005 in Kaunas. It is intended that not only promotional videos will be broadcasted during the championship, but visual material of the event and replays of the most significant moments of the games as well. 
This screen is in model EV211-30, with 30mm virtual pixel pitch, and has a resolution of 288 x 144 real pixels (576×288 virtual) and size 882 x 441cm = 39m2. Manufactured by the world famous Panasonic company, it’s characterized by the efficient use of power and a perfect visual quality even under direct sunlight.
